2026 Opening for SLS Residences on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah
Roya Lifestyle Developments collaborated with two distinguished design firms to create a series of ultra-luxurious residences located on Palm Jumeirah. This partnership has infused a surge of creativity into the project, according to the operators.
For the architectural design, LACASA Architects was inspired by the captivating rhythms of the ocean waves lapping against the shore. The building's exterior features a unique, wave-like undulation, meticulously crafted to embody the vibrant energy of the sea. This design not only captures the essence of the ocean but also focuses on enhancing outdoor living spaces, providing ample shade, and ensuring privacy for the residents.
In the initial stages of planning, a dual-focused strategy was implemented, ensuring that the facade supports functional apartment layouts. This organic design approach guarantees that the building's appearance is uniquely striking from every perspective, harmonizing with its surroundings. The architectural design of the residences emphasizes the thoughtful creation and arrangement of living spaces. Notable amenities include an exclusive club for residents named the Social House, spanning 1,000 square meters. It features a variety of luxurious facilities such as living and recreational areas, a chef's table, a cigar lounge, a cinema, and a sophisticated games zone.
The interior design by Studio Carter is characterized by a bold and unconventional style. Each space is treated as a platform for challenging traditional design norms, showcasing intricate details, opulent furnishings, designer kitchens, and high-end Miele appliances.
The design narrative for this project is influenced by Studio Carter's previous successful collaborations with SLS, integrating those experiences into the current design concept.
