How long have you worked in the hospitality industry?
I have worked in the industry for over 50 years! I started in foodservice at 16 as a waiter at the Buttery Restaurant in Stamford, Connecticut. While working my way through undergrad at the University of Denver, I held various positions in a number of mountain resort restaurants including cook, waiter and manager. Years later and after retiring as a partner with Pannell Kerr Forster, I held high-level financial and development positions with various hotel management companies.
