Basak Denizci Guillet is a Professor of Revenue Management at the Department of Tourism, Sport & Hotel Management, Griffith University. Her research interests are behavioural economics, revenue management applications and women leadership in hospitality. My research centers on revenue management and its implementation in global hospitality and tourism organizations.

Ibrahim Mohammed (PhD, CHE, CA) is a Research Assistant Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
