In 2024, sustainability remained a central theme, with many companies adopting environmentally friendly practices as a key selling point. However, by 2025, sustainability has become less of a differentiator and more of an industry standard. Philippe Masset, PhD, is an Associate Professor at EHL Hospitality Business School, where he teaches courses in finance. His research areas are empirical finance, alternative investments, wine economics, hospitality financial management and hotel real-estate investments.
