Avantika joined HVS in 2007 and is a member of the Ecotel team since 2009. She also continues as Editor for HVS’s Consulting and Valuation division in New Delhi. Avantika has extensive cross-sectoral experience ranging from science to journalism and the social sector. She holds an M.Sc. and M.S degree in Biomedicine, the later from BITS (Pilani).

She has worked in communications and research with the Population Council, an international nongovernmental organization. She has also authored many articles that have been published in hospitality magazines and websites.
