Rosemary Jackson runs two leadership consultancies - People Really Matter which provides strategy and people services to the non-profit-profit sector and Jackson Consulting Ltd which provides strategy and people services to the private and public sectors.

She is a Fellow of the University of Exeter’s Centre for Leadership Studies (CLS) and is their Director of Consulting Network; CLS is recognized as the UK’s leading research based leadership consultancy.
