In her position as Director of Spas, Ms. Ramen oversees existing spa facilities within GHM hotels. Working closely with her team across 15 properties in nine countries, Ms. Ramen develops a structured training and development programme, while devising robust strategies for marketing and delivery.

A successful professional with over 16 years of experience directing luxury hotel spas, Ms. Ramen's abilities span across spa management, design and concept development, marketing, branding and retail.

She has been involved in the spa industry since 1991 and is qualified and experienced in Aromatherapy, Ayurveda and various styles of therapeutic bodywork.
