Andrea Foster is Senior Vice President - Development, Marcus Hotels and former Managing Director for CBRE Hotels. Andrea is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a 20-year hospitality expert in operations, business development, marketing, feasibility and valuation. Andrea is also the firm’s expert on hotel spa and wellness.

Andrea was Miraval’s VP Business Development & Marketing and spent a portion of her career in hotel management, has consulted on hundreds of hospitality projects, and was the publisher of PKF’s Trends® in the Hotel Spa Industry report.

She is president of the Cornell Hotel Society New England Chapter; industry advisor to Cornell University Spa Association; scholarship chair for ISPA; a member of the NEREJ Hotel Advisory board; an active member of CREW Boston; and a regular speaker at hospitality industry events and conferences, and at the hospitality schools at Cornell and Boston University; and is frequently quoted in newspapers and hospitality industry publications.
