Floor Bleeker

Floor has led Tech transformations for over 20 years across multiple continents. He is an MBA graduate with a sound vision and a proven ability to lead, innovate, transform and execute. In his last position as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Accor (AC) he was responsible for a team of 1,500+ Tech professionals and a budget of 250+ million USD. Before Accor, Floor held multiple CIO, CTO and other Tech leadership functions in travel, hospitality, retail, technology and education. Floor currently serves as a director on multiple boards and advises tech and hospitality organizations on strategy, transformation and go-to-market. He was inducted into the Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame in 2024.
