Koji Takabayashi has served as Managing Director at Horwath HTL - Japan since 2010. Previously, he worked for PwC Consulting and Mitsubishi Corporation.

He is a CPA (Illinois, USA) and a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA). He received an MMH degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Hitotsubashi University.
