Ružica Herceg joined Horwath Consulting Zagreb in 1998, after a professional career in the banking sector, as well as in the first Croatian management company, Croatian Hotels and Resorts.

She has been involved in major tourism development projects with leading hospitality companies and investors in SEE Europe. Her main areas of expertise include best use concepts, privatisations, feasibility studies, portfolio management, restructuring.
