Ralph is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Certified Hotel Administrator, and Certified Hospitality Accounting Executive with over 35 years of consulting and operations experience in the hospitality industry.

Ralph has completed more than 40 repositioning engagements, and numerous operations review, market position, valuation, and feasibility assignments; and has provided expert testimony in both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Queens Bench in Alberta on valuation and accounting issues related to hospitality and tourism businesses.

Ralph is a member of both the Financial Management Committee, of the AH&LA, and the HFTP Global Finance Committee working on revisions to the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (“USALI”); Ralph is co-author of the 11th Revised Edition of USALI.
