Béatrice Montagnier worked as head of mission for Nouvelles Frontières and then as a consultant for nearly 5 years at Détente Consultants, a tourism & leisure consulting company before joining Horwath HTL in 2006. She specialized in market and programming studies and hotel strategies, especially for urban or resort projects.

Based half-time in Dakar, she is in charge of Horwath HTL development in Central and West Africa. Her international experience includes the Maghreb region, the Mediterranean region and Sub-Saharan Africa.
