Dinaker Mallya, a Project Manager with HVS Philadelphia, has regional roots in the Northeast, having lived, worked, and studied for years in markets on either side of the Delaware River. He works on consulting and appraisal assignments for hotels in Wilmington and in markets across Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic.

Dinaker formerly worked in front office and internship roles at the Sheraton Wilmington South and the Courtyard by Marriott Newark in Delaware, and in operations and sales at the Holiday Inn Express in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Dinaker graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.
