Hunter Dietz, a Project Manager with HVS Dallas, conducts hotel consulting and appraisal assignments in markets across Texas and the south-central United States.

Before joining HVS, Hunter worked in management positions for the Eureka Restaurant Group and as a food-service facility-renovation consultant. Hunter graduated with a degree in Hospitality Administration from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, with concentrations in Restaurant Development and IT and a minor in Real Estate.
