Patrick Bursey, a Project Manager with HVS Los Angeles, recently relocated to San Diego from Colorado. Patrick works on hotel appraisals for single assets and portfolios across the United States, with a focus on southern California and San Diego County in particular.

Before joining HVS, Patrick worked as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Epiphany, a strategic branding agency for luxury hotels and resorts.
