With IDeaS since 2013, Neil has over 25 years of hospitality experience. He began his career as a trainee hotel GM in London, moving on to roles across sales, marketing and revenue management.

Prior to joining IDeaS, Neil held a number of senior corporate sales and RM roles at Ramada, Whitbread (Premier Inn) and De Vere, before heading up Consulting Services in EMEA for IDeaS, then as business lead for the organization's emerging innovations, in the mobility and total hotel revenue performance segments.
