Elisa Chan is the Associate Director of the Centre for Hospitality and Real Estate Research at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School.

Prior to joining CUHK, she taught at EHL Hospitality Business School (Switzerland) and the New York Institute of Technology (Canada). She also conducted executive trainings and worked on various research and capstone projects for hospitality and service companies in China, Europe, the U.S., and Canada on areas including customer experience management, technology integration, and digital marketing.
