Benjamin (Ben) Levin is a Chief Investment Officer at Cliffrose Group, bringing over a decade of hospitality real estate experience across acquisitions, capital markets, and asset strategy.

Before joining the owner side, he spent several years at HVS, the global hospitality consulting firm, where he led the Nashville office and worked on feasibility, valuation, and development assignments, alongside brokerage and debt-placement work. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama.
