Dr Terrier integrated EHL Hospitality Business School in 2008 as Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior, before being promoted as Associate Professor in 2018. He received a MSc in Work & Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Provence.

He has taught courses in Human Behavior & Performance, Influence & Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Research Methods, Social Psychology, and Interpersonal Relations.
