CG is a 25 year veteran of the spa, beauty and wellness industries. CG's vast experience includes executive leadership, franchising, school administration, corporate trainer, massage curricula and program developer, writer, instructor and massage business owner. An inspirational speaker and storyteller, CG is a sought after guest lecturer and presenter at many industry trade shows and conferences.

As the Vice President of Industry Relations and Product Development for Massage Envy Franchising, CG played a key role in the profitable expansion of the brand from 30 franchised locations to over 1100 locations during her 10 year tenure.

CG was responsible for creating national programs for massage therapist and esthetician national and region recruiting, developing and fostering employee professional development and culture programs, writing and facilitating franchisee training programs, creating, testing and launching new services, and oversaw legislative outreach and public relations programs within the massage and spa industries.

Throughout her career, CG has also been committed to helping the massage therapy and skincare industries grow professionally and has volunteered her time for several non-profit organizations as well as national industry projects.

CG was inducted into the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame in 2012, honored with the One Concept Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013, and received a Valued Partnership Award from the Federation of State Massage Boards in 2015. CG is a licensed massage therapist in Arizona and a certified therapist in California.

She holds a deep belief in the healing power of therapeutic touch and is a passionate mentor and supporter of massage therapists and estheticians and their careers.
