I founded Dex Squared Hotel Management Company in 2021 and have been leading its growth in the capacity of CEO with a clear objective to bring to the region a hospitality company that tailors its services to meet the exact needs and objectives of its clients. In 2024 Dex Squared went into a joint venture with Absolute Hotel Services and created AHSMEA. This joint venture brought into the region five hotel brands including the well-positioned Eastin and U brands. I was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Hotels and Resorts Middle East and Africa in 2019 after serving in the same company as Chief Operating Officer for two years. Under my leadership, Millennium Hotels & Resorts Middle East and Africa earned the status of being one of the leading hotel operators in the region with 46 hotels in operations from 26 in 2016 when I took over the role, in addition to 33 hotels in the pipeline. Prior to joining Millennium Hotels & Resorts Middle East and Africa, I held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at Tetra Hospitality Investment LLC, the holding company of Lakhraim Business Group’s hospitality sector, also the owning company of the Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA, where I asset managed the performance of all Tetra-owned hotels, the flagship being the Ritz Carlton DIFC in Dubai.
