Joe leads the commercial organization for EOS Hospitality, a fast-growing, vertically integrated US hotel investment and management firm. He is responsible for maximizing the NOI of the hotels under management by increasing revenue at the lowest cost possible with a scalable commercial platform that includes sales, marketing, PR, and revenue management.

Prior to joining EOS, Joe served as Chief Commercial Officer of Hotel Asset Management at Starwood Capital Group, where he led the commercial leadership for over 1,000 hotels worldwide, including some category-defining brands, such as Extended Stay America, 1 Hotels, Treehouse, YOTEL, and De Vere.

Outside EOS, Joe advocates for owners' interests as an advisory and executive board member for various industry organizations and technology partners.
