He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from Old Dominion University, is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), and actively holds appraisal licenses in over twenty states.
