Anemoon Schepel has over 20 years of experience working and educating students in the hospitality industry throughout EMEA, the Carribean and Asia. Specialising in rooms operations, she held senior operational and consulting roles in hotels and technology vendors alike, supporting the opening of hotels such as Okura Macau.

She is now a senior lecturer at the Hotelschool The Hague, coordinating the final bachelor projects and teaching multiple subjects, such as information and communication management, marketing and innovation, global citizenship and more recently intercultural competence, leadership, diversity & inclusion.
