Jackie Guzman, completed her bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University. She also attended the University of Michigan Law School. Currently Ms. Guzman is a student in the Northern Arizona University School of Hotel and Restaurant Management and an assistant to the Executive Director of the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management.

A passionate baker and in the pastry arts, she also worked as a Pastry Apprentice at the Enchantment Resort and Spa in Sedona near the NAU Campus in Flagstaff, Arizona.
