Roy Friedman is an entrepreneur at heart. He is the founder and CEO of EasyWay, the leading Customer Experience (CX) platform in the hospitality sector. Roy founded EasyWay while he was still studying engineering at Tel Aviv University, and invested his life savings to start the company.

Before EasyWay, he served as a commander in the IDF Special Forces and traveled the world for a year.
