Gaurav Varma is the Director of Product Marketing Manager at Milestone Inc. He is responsible for driving product marketing, pricing, positioning, and packaging for the Milestone suite of software products and solutions. He specialized in digital marketing, CRM, Loyalty, eCommerce, and Revenue Management and worked with Radisson, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and, Trident Hotels.

Mr. Varma holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Information Technology from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
