Katie Niland

Katie Niland started her successful career within sales in the hospitality industry in 1994, working as a Sales Coordinator. Niland’s joined The Belfry Hotel & Resort in 2014, where she embarked on the position of Sales Director, leading a growing team, in conference, meetings, events and all corporate golf.

A key strategy Niland has introduced is the re-structuring of the golf sales team, utilising the team’s expertise and ensuring the customer experience is peak. These changes have resulted in the acquiring of key repeat business as well as significant high profile business.
