17 years in the Hospitality Industry working as a strategic leader in Total Revenue Management. Major experience in chains and in the luxury segment, currently working for independent hotels. As the Founder of Revenue Acrobats, Silvia brings her own expertise and passion to help hotels to optimize their revenue and commercial strategy, digital transformation and business processes.

In her carreer, she worked in ambitious projects of Hotel renovations, development and acquisition, re-branding and new openings always within her area of expertise. Occasional lecturer and trainer, she loves sharing and mentoring and aims to bring a positive contribution to the female empowerment.
