Damien has more than 2 decades of experience in advisory and operational roles for companies in the global air transport sector and tourism, with particular focus on airports.

Damien created several global initiatives such as the ‘Airport Service Quality’ service and supported over 300 airports with projects ranging to airport assessments, service quality strategy, commercial strategy or business planning. Designing, delivering and supervising higher and executive education courses and programs service operations and management in service-based industries.
