Robert Magliozzi joined Hapi as an advisor in 2021 to help the company improve hotel system connectivity, reduce interface costs and increase the adoption of the Salesforce platform as a standard in the hotel industry. Magliozzi's 30-year career includes product and sales leadership roles throughout the hospitality technology and CRM spaces.

Most recently, he spent 15 years with Cendyn – the last eight years leading sales, sales engineering and business development efforts. Prior to that, he was a partner/executive at NoBarriers (hotel systems integration), New Era of Networks (enterprise middleware and data management), and Remanco International (hotel/restaurant POS).
