Luc Espaillard is a bilingual Senior Associate with the HVS office in Toronto. Before joining HVS, Luc graduated from the tripartite Master of Science in Global Hospitality Business directed by the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, the Polytechnic University of Hong-Kong, and the University of Houston.

Luc has held several F&B and Rooms middle-management positions in France, Vietnam, and Switzerland; this allowed him to observe global industry best practices which he now leverages to best advise HVS clients. Luc has a keen interest in experiential lodging and sustainable hospitality development.

He is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is working towards his AACI designation.
