In her present capacity, she is responsible for feasibility studies, development services, and asset management services throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Prior to her current role, Eliana worked with Global Asset Solutions to advise hotel owners and operators in navigating the COVID-19 crisis and worked for Marriott International within the regional operations team for Singapore, Maldives, & Malaysia with a focus on operations and finance. Eliana gained further operational experience in upscale and luxury hotels in Tel Aviv and Cleveland, Ohio.
