Andrew EversI love all things technology. Designing and deploying best-practice, commercially aligned and business target-based technology platforms is a pleasure in itself. Working with the right partners to find the right balance for our staff, hotel guests and diners is welcome and rewarding challenge. Currently overseeing the technology needs for The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, with an eclectic and exciting mix of twenty hotels dotted all over the world, including restaurants, bars, clubs, retail and other leisure facilities in our portfolio, we must think not only of the needs of our ~2000 global staff, but also of our guests. Today, we use technology not only to support our staff, but also to augment our world-renowned guest service. We strive for technical excellence, and to ensure our guests have a great tech experience before, during and after their stay with us.
