In his role as Senior Fine Wine Buyer, Andrea Marino seamlessly blends his financial and on-the-ground wine merchant expertise. At Cult Wines, Andrea specializes in buying across the wine regions of Burgundy, Rhône and Italy. During his tenure, he proudly initiated the business of direct relationships with wineries for Cult Wines.

Before embarking on his career at Cult Wines, Andrea opened a wine bar in Switzerland that evolved into a structured merchant wine business, selecting, importing and distributing niche wines from Mediterranean wine regions.

Prior to embracing his passion for wine wholeheartedly, Andrea worked in Fixed Income Institutional Sales for Unicredit and BBVA in Milan and Munich. Andrea holds a WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines and a Bachelor in Business Administration and M.Sc. in Finance from Bocconi University (Italy).
