Before joining Southern Aluminum, Andrew enjoyed a successful career with Marriott International. In his 25 years with Marriott, he held various property and above property positions, taking him from front-line Event Services associate to corporate strategic thought leader as the Global Discipline Leader of Meetings and Events.

He was responsible for designing and developing strategic programs, products, and services that impact and elevate the associate and guest experience in meetings and events at Marriott’s hotels globally.
