Ron Owens

Ron Owens has over 25 years’ experience in software development with a focus on creating innovative products, custom applications, and SaaS solutions. Prior to joining OpenKey, Owens worked at companies such as Aria Solutions, Intervoice, and EDS, where he went through the system engineering development program. Additionally, while working at companies such as Bank of America, First Data, and Nortel, Owens developed and leveraged his expertise in operations and systems implementation. Within these enterprises, he was responsible for managing the design, development, and project management of contact centers and messaging solutions for the Americas. Ron holds an MBA from Old Dominion University.
