Dan MacDonnell is a Managing Director for HVS Capital Markets. Over the past 15 years, he was the lead real estate investment banker in over 100 transactions valued in excess of $5 billion, involving a myriad of successful debt/equity financings, investment sales, private placements, joint ventures, discretionary funds, and M&A assignments in the hospitality and gaming sectors.

Prior to joining HVS, Dan was a Senior Managing Director and Securities Principal at Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Hospitality Group. He is a frequent moderator and panelist at conferences and webinars on the topics of hospitality finance/sales, large-scale mixed-use capitalization and structures that include commingled funds, programmatic joint ventures, and entity-level capital raises.
