Gaurav Chawla is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Hospitality Management at University of Gloucestershire (UK). He is passionate about developing the next generation of hospitality managers, who can lead the business while minimising its environmental footprints.

Gaurav holds a PhD from Oxford Brookes University – his thesis focused on pro-environmental behaviours of hospitality employees that can deliver food waste reduction.

He has extensive experience in hotel management and hospitality education, spanning several countries such as India, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Gaurav is panel expert of the Sustainability in Hospitality panel.
