Luis Weir

Luis leads the integration and API strategies for all Oracle’s hospitality industry solutions. Before joining Oracle, Luis worked at Capgemini UK as the CTO for the Oracle Practice and a Global API Champion. There, he supported numerous leading customers in developing and implementing their global API and integration strategies, along with various Oracle Cloud technologies for integration and cloud native requirements.

A former Oracle Ace Director and Groundbreaker Ambassador, Luis specializes in cloud native, integrations, and API product design and management. He has written numerous articles and technical briefs and is the author of four books, including the Amazon bestseller "Enterprise API Management" (July 2019). Luis earned an MS in Systems Integration from Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, a BS in Electronics Engineering from University of New England, and has recently completed an MIT certification in AI Products Design.
