Byron began his career in the healthcare industry, where he co-founded a medico-legal company that provides specialist assessments to plaintiff law firms in South Australia. He then worked for a healthcare consulting firm providing rapid business growth solutions to private practice owners across Australia.

With his outstanding entrepreneurial spirit, Byron then co-developed his first mobile application and was a founding partner and director of “XOXO” Ice Cream, Bali’s leading dessert chain in 2017. At SABA Hospitality, Byron looks after all things Sales & Marketing. He holds a Master’s Degree from the University of South Australia.
