Juan Higueros is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Bear Robotics. During his tenure, he has overseen the development of an AI-driven robot able to perform food running and bussing tasks for the future of restaurants.

Before this role, he was a Director in Strategy and M&A at KPMG and Director of Corporate Development at Polycom. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and M.B.A from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
