Tim Kolman is Director of Business Development for Wave RMS at SHR, where he aims to help hospitality companies be more strategic and dynamic in their direct revenue efforts to increase awareness and direct bookings.

Prior to SHR, Tim gained valuable experience in hotel revenue management and sales roles before shifting focus to hotel technology and leading customer success and sales efforts at Duetto, Broadvine and Pegasus.
