Nia is a sustainable and responsible tourism specialist with a master’s degree in Tourism & Social Anthropology. She worked as a sustainability coordinator for two leading Destinations Management Companies in Southeast Asia, gaining extensive expertise in sustainability certification for tourism - since 2021, Nia has been recognized as an official GSTC Trainer, delivering sustainable tourism training worldwide.

Through involvement in regional working groups and consultancy projects, Nia also understands responsible tourism development at destination level. As one of Considerate Group’s sustainability project managers, she is responsible for the development of ESG strategies, implementation of climate change actions, and sustainability assessments of supply chains.
