Martha Sandoval Alvarado is a research assistant at EHL Hospitality Business School. She holds a Master degree in Political Theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Bachelor in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Monterrey.

She conducted her postgraduate research at the Centre of Research on Direct Democracy in Aarau, Switzerland and at the University of Zurich.
