The Director, Revenue Management Development provides the strategic direction of the development and integration of revenue management initiatives for all room revenue related streams. Liaise with key vendors and corporate IT to develop and enhance primary rooms revenue management capabilities and technology. Support VP Revenue Management and Analytics in project managing for strategic RM initiatives that integrate Total Hotel Profit Optimization (including non-rooms revenue streams) and Customer Lifetime Value capabilities and infrastructure. Standard operating procedures for Total Hotel Profit Optimization are developed by this position to guide the deployment in the regions. Product and capabilities enhancement process and feedback loop is also managed by this position. Gather feedback and decide on revenue management tool developments and enhancements. Results will be reported against project and enhancement completion and deployment, and achievement of expected performance improvements.
