Tammy Pahel is a transformative spa and wellness executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience shaping luxury hospitality and global wellness brands. As Vice President of Spa & Wellness Operations at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, she has elevated the property into one of the most innovative wellness destinations in the United States, seamlessly blending advanced wellness technology, integrative and functional medicine, brain health and holistic experiences to deliver measurable results for guests.

Since joining Carillon in 2018, Tammy has led the transformation of the resort into a 70,000-square-foot flagship destination for spa, fitness, wellness technology, and integrative health. Under her leadership, the resort has formed strategic global partnerships, launched pioneering wellness programs including touchless wellness technologies and sleep optimization initiatives and achieved significant revenue growth while redefining the guest wellness experience.

Tammy is widely recognized as a visionary in wellness innovation and integrative health, known for redefining wellness from a single amenity into a core business strategy that strengthens brand differentiation, enhances guest loyalty, and drives profitability.

An influential voice in the industry, Tammy serves on several prominent advisory boards, including the Forbes Travel Guide Standards Advisory Board, WITT Standards Advisory Board, and the Global Wellness Summit Initiative for Sleep Wellness. She is also the Chair of the Sustainability & Wellness Council for the Greater Miami Beach Hotel Association (GMBHA). Also, the IECSC Buyer Council and the Skin Inc. Advisory Board.
