Bincy is currently working at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, Dubai as a Senior lecturer in Accounting and Finance for Under-graduate and Post graduate courses. She specializes in Hotel real estate management and Asset management courses.

She has been working in the academia and industry for last 13 years across UK, Australia and UAE.
