Mark’s career in hospitality, airlines and travel & tourism spans 30 years, all of which underpins his commercial know-how for the hotel sector. Mark brings hospitality experience from the front line up to executive level – a deep understanding of the industry which was further advanced after he achieved an MBA in Hospitality & Service Industries Management from Glion.

As a consultant lecturer to Glion London, Mark delivers courses covering Marketing, Leadership and Intercultural Management, C&E Management, New Product Development and Innovation, and Operations Services.

He also delivers the luxury specialisation for our Bachelor students.
